3. Obtainment and Use of Personal Data
The Company will obtain and use personal data to the extent necessary by lawful and appropriate means for the promotion of the Company’s products and services relating to kitchen equipment, after-sales service, new product development, credit management, questionnaires, and related activities.
For customers located in the EEA and the UK:
(1) The Company will handle customers' personal data for purposes such as after-sales service, new product development, surveys, recruitment activities, and responding to inquiries from the individual, provided the customer has consented to such handling.
(2) The Company will handle customers' personal data when necessary for contract fulfillment or conclusion, for providing and informing about the Company’s products and services relating to kitchen equipment, and for credit assessment, management, and debt collection.
4. Outsourcing of Personal Data Management
The Company may outsource the handling of personal data to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in Section 3 above. In such cases, the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourcing partners to ensure the safe management of the personal data provided.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data to a Third Party
The Company will not provide personal data to a third party without the consent of the individual, except when required by law.
6. Use of Cookies
The Company’s websites may utilize cookies. A cookie is a set of data that may be sent from a website to a user's browser and stored in the customer’s system. (2) Request for Correction or Update
Correction or updating of personal data will be performed where possible after verifying the details of your request.
(3) Request for Deletion
Customers may request the deletion of all or part of their personal data held by the Company. The Company will review the request and delete the data if it is no longer necessary or if continued retention is prohibited by law.

You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Requests for transfer of personal data may only be made for personal data obtained from you that is processed by automated means based on your consent or for the performance of a contract.
